Psychiatrist
Location: Remote (NJ, PA), 100% Teletherapy
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (minimum 10 hours per week)

Mindwell Associates is a fast-growing teletherapy practice covering New Jersey and Pennsylvania that is expanding its services and seeking dynamic Psychiatrists to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.

Prescribe and manage medications, monitoring efficacy and side effects.

Collaborate with psychologists and neuropsychologists to deliver integrated care.

Provide teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.

Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with professional standards.
Requirements:

Medical degree (MD or DO).

Board certification.

Active and unrestricted NJ or PA State medical license.

Willingness to work remotely, via telehealth platforms.

Psychologist
Location: Remote / Virtual – New Jersey or Pennsylvania
Position Type: Full-Time and Part-Time available (minimum 10 hours/week)
Mindwell Associates is a group telehealth practice providing outpatient individual and group therapy to teens, adults, and couples. Clinicians benefit from access to their colleagues across NJ & PA for consultation and sharing of resources.
We are seeking interpersonally effective doctoral-level clinicians skilled at providing research-based care (CBT, ACT, DBT, IFS, IPT). Each therapist at Mindwell has their own unique approach to counseling; however, we share a common goal of providing quality, effective, research-based, and culturally informed treatment.

Qualifications:

Clinicians who value a collaborative approach to clinical work that fosters the sharing of knowledge, expertise, and experience, and ensures that clinicians do not have to face clinical decisions independently.

Licensed in NJ and/or PA.

Education, training, and direct clinical training in implementing modalities such as DBT, ACT, CBT, IFS, mindfulness treatments, and trauma-informed practices.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
