Dr. Genovese has 23+ years of experience as a doctor in the practice of Psychiatry. Dr. Genovese’s approach can be best described as compassionate, insightful, and rooted in a commitment to truly understanding each patient’s unique experiences. As a skilled listener, Dr. Genovese prioritizes open-mindedness and avoids making assumptions, creating a safe space for patients to explore their challenges.

Dr. Cheryl Loomis, PhD


Dr. Cheryl Loomis is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma, helping clients build insight, resilience, and balance in their daily lives.

Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, Strength-Based, and Solution-Focused techniques to create personalized, goal-oriented treatment. With over a decade of clinical experience across hospital, forensic, and private settings, Dr. Loomis offers a supportive and collaborative environment where clients can achieve lasting emotional well-being.

Dr. Lisa Cordero is a licensed mental health counselor with more than 14 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. She holds a Doctoral degree in Clinical and Forensic Psychology, two master’s degrees in Psychology and Mental Health Counseling.

Dr. Cordero specializes in couples counseling, anxiety and depression, substance abuse, and bipolar disorder. She draws from a wide range of evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma-Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based strategies, Psychodynamic therapy, and Strength-Based approaches.

Her goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where clients can build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change.

Dr. Stephanie Marcello, PhD

Brett Kingsborough, D.O


Brett Kingsborough is a board-certified psychiatrist and active-duty Captain in the United States Air Force, where he serves as Medical Director of Mental Health and Alcohol/Drug Prevention and Treatment (ADAPT) at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. He specializes in evidence-based care for adults, bringing extensive clinical experience in psychiatry, addiction treatment, and integrated mental health services to his patients.

He completed his General Psychiatry residency at the University of Texas Health San Antonio and his Transitional Year residency at Southampton Hospital, NY. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Rhode Island.

At Mindwell Associates, Brett Kingsborough provides compassionate, personalized psychiatric care for patients, with a focus on improving mental wellness, supporting recovery, and helping individuals thrive.
