Dr. Perry-Goffney integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and strength-based strategies to help clients build insight and develop practical coping skills.
Dr. Lisa Cordero
Dr. Lisa Cordero is a licensed mental health counselor with more than 14 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. She holds a Doctoral degree in Clinical and Forensic Psychology, two master’s degrees in Psychology and Mental Health Counseling.
Dr. Cordero specializes in couples counseling, anxiety and depression, substance abuse, and bipolar disorder. She draws from a wide range of evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma-Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based strategies, Psychodynamic therapy, and Strength-Based approaches.

In addition to her clinical work, she has extensive experience training and supervising clinicians, teaching at Rutgers University, and leading programs in trauma recovery and integrated behavioral healthcare.
Brett Kingsborough, D.O
Brett Kingsborough is a board-certified psychiatrist and active-duty Captain in the United States Air Force, where he serves as Medical Director of Mental Health and Alcohol/Drug Prevention and Treatment (ADAPT) at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. He specializes in evidence-based care for adults, bringing extensive clinical experience in psychiatry, addiction treatment, and integrated mental health services to his patients.
He completed his General Psychiatry residency at the University of Texas Health San Antonio and his Transitional Year residency at Southampton Hospital, NY. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Rhode Island.

Anna Kravtsov D.O
Dr. Anna Kravtsov is a board-certified general adult psychiatrist with over 11 years of experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions. She completed her psychiatric residency program at Albany Medical Center. Dr. Kravtsov strives to understand patients in a holistic manner, taking into account biological, psychological, and social factors affecting an individual. Her goal is to provide patients with an individualized treatment plan in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere.
Dr. Kravtsov is fluent in both English and Russian languages.

Dr. Suzannah Espinosa
Dr. Suzannah Espinosa is a licensed psychologist with more than 20 years of experience providing outpatient psychotherapy for adults and older adolescents. She specializes in treating depression, anxiety and trauma, helping clients build coping skills, improve communication, and develop a stronger sense of self. A DBT-LBC Certified Clinician, Dr. Espinosa is also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Her approach is collaborative and supportive, creating a safe space where clients can better understand and manage their emotions while working toward lasting emotional well-being.

Imtiaz Patel, Founder
Imtiaz Patel is the Founder and CEO of Mindwell Associates. Imtiaz has spent his entire career helping companies in the media and retail industry create new concepts through an understanding of human behavior. Most recently he launched one of the most successful local news start-ups with a mission to make a difference in the lives of communities in Baltimore through their reporting. He is driven by making a positive impact which led him to launch Mindwell Associates. Originally from England, Imtiaz now lives in NY and enjoys biking, Liverpool FC and reading about what makes successful founders tick.
